I came across this short piece with Danika Straith
We developed this after some BALTA research and Danika was doing a contract with McConnell Institute as I recall.
Anyways it is a riff on spreading or scaling an innovation in an effort to change systems. I still think the uniqueness of scaling deep has not been well grasped. Take a look.
